Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
  • on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
  • on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AMAII GmbH, Lindenring 10, 60431 Frankfurt am Main, Telephone number: +49 699 5109060, Email address: info@amaiistudio.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods, if these were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
